About the category
The judges are looking for the best examples of a building that has and will achieve challenging design performance targets within three months of handover and throughout its operational life.
Winners may demonstrate outstanding approaches to commissioning and handover, regular fine tuning of the BMS, engaging users in the asset's environmental performance, and occupier satisfaction and productivity.
Judges will also look for evidence of how lessons learnt are applied in future projects.
