Putting the client at the heart of the decision-making process helped London and Quadrant Housing Trust obtain a 97 per cent resident satisfaction score on recent refurbishments to thousands of homes in Lewisham.


The trust worked with Faithorn Farrell Timms and Martin Arnold Associates to engage with residents who got to choose colours and finish on their new bathrooms and kitchens.
